Q. Where can I use my meal vouchers?
A. Meal vouchers can be redeemed at Hard Wok, Paesano’s, Pizza Depot, Mr. Sub and West Side Cafe.
 
Q. Has the Company approached Local 2251 for early negotiations?
A. 
The Company has not directly approached Local 2251 for early negotiations.
 
Q. What is the first step in the process to have my job re-evaluated?
A. 
The first step is to request your supervisor to fill out and submit a “G” form.
 
Q. If I work outdoors or work in a dirty environment how many lockers am I entitled to?
A. You may be entitled to have two lockers.
 
Q. If I feel I am being harassed by my supervisor or manager who should I contact?
A. You should report this to the 2251 Grievance Committee Chair.
 
Q. If I need to leave my job for any reason who should I contact?
A. The Company demands you receive permission from your supervisor first.
 
Q. If I need to contact the Union Hall what are their hours of operation?
A. The Union Hall hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday except from 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch and you can always leave a voice mail after the prompts.
 
Q. Where can I find my timesheet data?
A. Timesheets/schedules/overtime lists must be posted in your work area.
 
Q. If I am phoning work because I am unable to come in for my shift what should I do if I am unable to contact my supervisor or my department?
A. 

If you are unsuccessful in contacting the proper person designated by the Company you should call Plant Security at 945-2271

 
Q. If I am having an addiction or anger problem is there someone I could contact?
A. 

There is a full time EAP Rep working at #2 gate, Human Resources Building.  You can contact Vince Casey at 945-3985.

 
Q. When do I have to fill out a sick pay form?
A. 

You are required to fill out a sick pay form if you will be off more than seven (7) working shifts due to an accident or illness.  You will not receive benefits from SunLife if you do not fill out the form.

 
Q. Where can I pick up drug, eye coverage and dental forms?
A. 

We have all the Green Shield forms available in the front office of the Union Hall.
