RE: General Membership Meeting Summary Report for April 15th,2026
The following notes represent my personal summary of the April General Membership Meeting and ARE NOT OFFICIAL MINUTES. They are for the express purpose of keeping the members informed in a timely fashion. Since minutes must be approved at a subsequent General Membership Meeting, any updates which would require the use of the actual minutes would result in updates being one-month old.
The following was approved at the April meeting:
- Minutes of the March 18th, 2026 meeting were not approved as there were some errors in reporting. They will need to be corrected next month.
- The financial statement ending March 2026 and the disbursements of $628,559.32. Our disbursements were in excess of our receipts by $39,741.85. This resulted in our General Account being positive by $109,665.61.

The following motions were approved:
1) Motion – Approved a donation of $2000.00 to the Shine Foundation
President's Report - Mark Molinaro gave a report
- Mark spoke on the safety at EAF and what has been happening
- He also mentioned the motion regarding transferring funds from the Emergency Savings Account to reimburse the Building Asset Account and the Education Fund.
The next General Membership Meeting will be held on May 20th, 2026 at the Royal Canadian Legion at 7:30 pm.
