RE: General Membership Meeting Summary Report for June 17th, 2026
The following notes represent my personal summary of the June General Membership Meeting and ARE NOT OFFICIAL MINUTES. They are for the express purpose of keeping the members informed in a timely fashion. Since minutes must be approved at a subsequent General Membership Meeting, any updates which would require the use of the actual minutes would result in updates being one-month old.
The following was approved at the June meeting:
- The minutes of the May 20th, 2026 General Membership meeting
- The financial statement ending May 2026 and the disbursements of $139,189.69. Our disbursements were in access of our receipts by $41,588.59. This resulted in our General Account being positive by $84,446.64.

The following motions were approved:
1) Motion – Approved transferring funds of $450,000.00 from the Emergency Savings Account to reimburse the Building Asset Account and the Education Fund Account.
