RE: General Membership Meeting Summary Report for December 18, 2024
The following notes represent my personal summary of the December General Membership Meeting and ARE NOT OFFICIAL MINUTES. They are for the express purpose of keeping the members informed in a timely fashion. Since minutes must be approved at a subsequent General Membership Meeting, any updates which would require the use of the actual minutes would result in updates being one-month old.
The following was approved at the December meeting:
- Minutes of the November 20th, 2024 meeting
- The financial statement ending October 2024 and the disbursements of $193,418.96. Our receipts were in excess of our disbursements by $33,836.09. This resulted in our General Account being positive by $278,885.53.

The following motions were approved:
1) Motion – Approved a donation of $1000.00 to the Alzheimer Society
2) Motion - Approved a donation of $484.00 plus HST to host our website per year.
President Report
- Mike wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Christmas social followed.
The next General Membership Meeting will be held on February 19th, 2025 at the Royal Canadian Legion at 7:30 pm.
