RE: General Membership Meeting Summary Report for December 17th, 2025
The following notes represent my personal summary of the December General Membership Meeting and ARE NOT OFFICIAL MINUTES. They are for the express purpose of keeping the members informed in a timely fashion. Since minutes must be approved at a subsequent General Membership Meeting, any updates which would require the use of the actual minutes would result in updates being one-month old.
The following was approved at the December meeting:
- Minutes of the November 19th, 2025 meeting
- The financial statement ending November 2025 and the disbursements of $213,551.55. Our disbursements were in excess of our receipts by $23,698.58. This resulted in our General Account being positive by $147,342.40.

The following motions were approved:
1) Motion – Approved a donation of $2000.00 to provide a children's book to all elementary students for Kindness Week in February 2026.
President's Report
- Mike congratulated Mike Matthews on his retirement and thanked him for his service to the Union.
The next General Membership Meeting will be held on January 21st, 2026 at the Royal Canadian Legion at 7:30 pm.
