The following notes represent my personal summary of the November General Membership Meeting and ARE NOT OFFICIAL MINUTES. They are for the express purpose of keeping the members informed in a timely fashion. Since minutes must be approved at a subsequent General Membership Meeting, any updates which would require the use of the actual minutes would result in updates being one-month old.

The following motions were approved:

1) Motion – Approved a donation of $200.00 to survivors of deceased members and $300.00 for a family of members who have passed in the past year.

2)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $1500.00 to the Sault Ste Marie Soup Kitchen

3)  Motion - Approved a donation of $1500.00 to support St. Vincent's Place

4)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $1500.00 to support ARCH

5)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $1500.00 to support Pauline's Place

6)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $1500.00 to support the Salvation Army

7)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $1500.00 to support Women in Crisis

8)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $1500.00 to hold a social after the December Membership Meeting

9)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $750.00 to support Making A Difference

10)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $1500.00 to support Korah Collegiate Senior Football Team to compete in OFSAA Golden Horseshoe Bowl in Guelph, Ontario

11)  Motion  -  Approved a donation of $28860.00 to purchases four chemotherapy treatment chairs for Sault Area Hospital
