Update May 23, 2024
We filed our notice of motion and documents in support the injunction with the court today.
A tentative date to address the motion has been set for June 6, 2024, if not sooner.
We will provide further updates as they occur.

Local 2251 filed grievance 25-0019 on January 21, 2025. The grievance deals with the issue of Maintenance of Earnings for affected employees at the Plate Mill.
